POLY. GREEN
In this era of climate breakdown we are aware of the need to take action personally and collectively therefore we pledge to work with our staff, artists and promoters to recognise our ecological footprint, reduce carbon emissions and minimise waste.
Our clients are touring DJs and live acts whose vocation regularly involves flying around the world to perform. Over the coming months we will be working with our artists to determine what actions they can take at a personal and professional level to reduce their environmental footprint. We hope that as well as helping our artists reduce their carbon footprint we’re proactively future proofing their vocation.
We want to open up a dialogue around this agenda - we realise it is a difficult conversation in an industry that relies heavily on access to cheap flights and thus creating a significant amount of carbon emissions. We believe that as an agency we have a significant role to play in this. We are working to provide easy to access information on lower carbon travel options, introducing a carbon offsetting scheme and implementing green riders as standard - we believe this is just the bare minimum we should be doing in the fight to prevent climate breakdown.
We want to encourage our artists to work with promoters, clubs and festivals who are thinking about sustainability too. Recognising and working with them plays a big part in building a strong network of creatives that are fighting to protect the environment.
